生物活性	Ethacizine hydrochloride (Ethacizin; NIK-244) is a longer-lasting Class Ic antiarrhythmic agent than Flecainide. Ethacizine hydrochloride (Ethacizin; NIK-244) inhibits the depolarizing current responsible for the intraatrial and His-Purkinje-ventricular conduction.
