生物活性	NSP-SA-NHS is an acridinium ester that can be used for chemiluminescent immunoassay. A rapid and sensitive chemiluminescent immunoassay of Bisphenol A (BPA) with NSP-SA-NHS-labeled has been developed.

体外研究(In Vitro)	NSP-SA-NHS 标记 (1) 1mg BSA 溶于 0.3 mL PBS 中 (A 溶液)，0.2 mg NSP-SA-NHS 溶于 40 μL DMF 中 (B 溶液)。 (2) 将 B 溶液加入 A 溶液中，18°C、130 rpm、暗处混合 12 h。 (3) 混合液与 500 mL 蒸馏水在 4°C 下透析 2 天，期间换 2 次蒸馏水 (C 溶液)。 (4) 将 B 溶液缓慢加入 C 溶液中，18°C、130 rpm、暗处混合 24 h，然后用蒸馏水透析 48 h，期间换 4 次蒸馏水。 (5) 用蒸馏水稀释偶联物至合适浓度，用紫外分光光度计进行分析。 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
