AQC (6-Aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysccinimidyl carbamate) is a reagent used for amino acid or protein sequence analysis by HPLC with fluorescence detection. AQC reacts with primary and secondary amino acids to yield fluorescent derivates, allowing amino acid detection at under-picomolar levels.

体外研究(In Vitro)
The use of AQC (6-Aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysccinimidyl carbamate), which reacts with primary and secondary amino acids to yield fluorescent derivates (λ excitation and emission at 250 and 395 nm, respectively), allowing amino acid detection at under-picomolar levels, overcomes many of the drawbacks associated with the rest of derivatising reagents. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
