产品详情	Metaproterenol-d₇ (hemisulfate) 是 Metaproterenol hemisulfate 的氘代物。Metaproterenol hemisulfate (Orciprenaline hemisulfate) 是一种直接作用的拟交感神经药，是 β2-肾上腺素能受体 (β2AR) 激动剂，其 IC₅₀ 为 68 nM。Metaproterenol hemisulfate 还具有抗炎活性。
生物活性	Metaproterenol-d 7 (hemisulfate) is the deuterium labeled Metaproterenol hemisulfate. Metaproterenol hemisulfate (Orciprenaline hemisulfate) is a direct-acting sympathomimetic and a β2-adrenergic receptor (β2AR) agonist with an IC50 of 68 nM. Metaproterenol hemisulfate also has anti-inflammatory activity[1][2].
