The resulting assembled mRNA will emit orange fluorescence with the involvement of Cy3-UTPs. In addition, Cy3-labeled mRNA is readily visible under ultraviolet light without further staining after gel electrophoresis[1].Probes generated by these methods are suitable for multicolor fluorescence analysis, specifically dual-color expression arrays in conjunction with cyanine 3-UTP .
