产品详情	DC1Sme 是 DC1 的衍生物，其对 Ramos、Namalwa、HL60/s 和 COLO 205 癌细胞的 IC₅₀ 值分别为 22 pM、10 pM、32 pM 和 250 pM。DC1 是结合 DNA 小沟的烷化剂 CC-1065 的类似物，是一种 ADC 毒性小分子，可用于合成抗体偶联物，靶向癌症研究。
生物活性	DC1Sme, a DC1 derivative, exhibits IC 50 values of 22 pM, 10 pM, 32 pM and 250 pM for Ramos, Namalwa, HL60/s and COLO 205 cancer cells, respectively. DC1, an analogue of the minor groove-binding DNA alkylator CC-1065, is a ADC Cytotoxin. DC1 can be used in synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates for the targeted treatment of cancer.
