生物活性	Schaftoside is a flavonoid found in a variety of Chinese herbal medicines, such as Eleusine indica. Schaftoside inhibits the expression of TLR4 and Myd88. Schaftoside also decreases Drp1 expression and phosphorylation, and reduces mitochondrial fission.

体外研究(In Vitro)

Schaftoside inhibits three pro-inflammatory enzymatic activities: secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2), lipoxygenase (LOX), and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2). Schaftoside also inhibits mRNA and protein expressions of proinflammatory cytokines(IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6).Medlife has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
