详情描述	泛素特异性蛋白酶（USP）7抑制剂,HBX 41108 is an inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) 7 activity (IC50 = 424 nM).

生物活性	HBX 41108 is an uncompetitive inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7) with an IC₅₀ of 424 nM. HBX 41108 inhibits USP7-mediated p53 deubiquitination to stabilize p53 and inhibits cancer cell growth. HBX 41108 induces p53-dependent apoptosis in p53 wild type and null isogenic cancer cell lines.
