P7C3-A20 (5-10?mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; daily; for 7 days; Sprague-Dawley rats) treatment reduces infarct volume; reverses cell loss in the cortex and hippocampus and improves motor function without causing neurotoxicity in HI model rats. P7C3-A20 prevents HI-induced neuronal injury via activation of the PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signaling pathway. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
