生物活性

DA 3003-2 is a potent and selectively Cdc25 inhibitor. DA 3003-2 shows antiproliferative activity. DA 3003-2 induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and increases the expression of P-tyr Cdc2. DA 3003-2 has the potential for the research of prostate cancer.

体外研究(In Vitro)

DA 3003-2 (0.3-30 μM; 48 h) 在 PC-3 细胞中显示出抗增殖活性，IC₅₀ 值为 5 μM。
DA 3003-2 (5, 10 μM; 24, 1 h) 诱导细胞周期停滞在 G2/M 期并增加 PC-3 细胞中 P-tyr Cdc2 的表达。
