详情描述	酸感应离子通道3（ASIC3）开放剂,GMQ hydrochloride is a potent and selective modulator of acid-sensing ion channel (ASIC). It activates ASIC3 channels under neutral pH and blocks acid-induced maximal peak current.

生物活性	GMQ is a ASIC (acid-sensing ion) channel activator with an EC₅₀ value of 1.83 mM for ASIC3 at pH 7.4. GMQ opens only ASIC3 but no other ASICs at pH 7.4. GMQ can be used for neurological disease research.
