生物活性

NS-2028 is a highly selective soluble Guanylyl Cyclase (sGC) inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 30 nM and 200 nM for basal and NO-stimulated enzyme activity. NS-2028 inhibits soluble Guanylyl Cyclase activity in homogenates of mouse cerebellum and neuronal NO synthase with IC₅₀ values of 17 nM and 20 nM. NS-2028 inhibits 3-morpholino-sydnonimine (SIN-1)-elicited formation of cyclic GMP in human cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells with an IC₅₀ of 30 nM. NS-2028 is commonly used in the research of nitric oxide signaling pathways, it inhibits NO-dependent relaxant responses in non-vascular smooth muscle completely (1 μM). NS-2028 reduces vascular endothelial growth factor-induced angiogenesis and permeability.

NS-2028 (10 μM; 30 mins) attenuates VEGF-induced EC migration by inhibiting p38 MAPK activation.

建议依照次序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% saline
Solubility: ≥ 2.17 mg/mL (8.07 mM); Clear solution

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.17 mg/mL (8.07 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 21.7 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
将 0.9 g 氯化钠，完全溶解于 100 mL ddH?O 中，得到澄清透明的生理盐水溶液
