生物活性	U-73343, works as a protonophore, is an inactive analog of U-73122 and can be used as a negative control. U-73343 dose-dependently inhibits acid secretion irrespective of the stimulant. U-73122 is a phospholipase C (PLC) and 5-LO (5-lipoxygenase) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 1-2.1 μM for PLC.

体外研究(In Vitro)	U73343, which potently inhibits acid secretion, shows no inhibitory effect on either K-pNPPase or H,K-ATPase activity. U73343 dose-dependently inhibits, histamine (Hist)-, carbachol (CCh)-, and dbcAMPstimulated aminopyrine accumulation in gastric glands. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
