Vonafexor (EYP001) 是一种具有口服活性和选择性的非甾体 FXR 激动剂。 Vonafexor 与 Peg-IFNα 联合使用，可显著降低 HBsAg。Vonafexor 可用于抗 HBV 的研究。

Vonafexor (EYP001) is an orally active, non-steroidal and selective FXR agonist. Vonafexor shows significant HBsAg reduction when combined with Peg-IFNα. Vonafexor can be used for anti-HBV research.

Vonafexor (EYP001) inhibits the HBV replication cycle in HepaRG cells resulting in significant reductions in HBV DNA, HBsAg and HBeAg secretion, with additive effects when combined with Entecavir (HY-13623) or Tenofovir (HY-13910). has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
